When you submit a consultation request, we collect your full name, country of residence, phone number, and procedure of interest. Our website also automatically collects technical data including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We do not collect clinical medical records through this website — any such information is handled separately under DHA-regulated patient consent processes at the clinic.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to consultation enquiries, schedule appointments, improve our website, and comply with our legal obligations under UAE law and DHA requirements. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How We Store Your Information
Consultation enquiries are stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorised clinic staff. We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years. If you become a patient, your clinical records are retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with DHA requirements.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our service providers — Google LLC (form storage), Vercel Inc. (website hosting) — and with regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required by law. All providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely.
Your Rights
Under UAE PDPL you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. To exercise any right, contact us at admin@ivanchuk.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
